Dr. Sourabh Kharait, MD, PhD, is an academic nephrologist, transplant physician, and nutrition scientist who serves as Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Arizona and Medical Director of the Living Donor Transplant Program at Banner – University Medical Center Tucson. He is also the Founder and CEO of IGH Naturals, a medical nutrition company developing science-based products for hydration, gut health, and supportive care. Dr. Kharait is the inventor of the patented MAGNAK electrolyte formulation and HuMOLYTE, a medical food combining electrolytes with 2′-fucosyllactose, a human milk oligosaccharide. With more than two decades of experience treating kidney disease and electrolyte disorders, he has led numerous clinical trials in renal and cardiovascular medicine. His research includes a 2026 peer-reviewed study published in Frontiers in Nutrition evaluating HuMOLYTE in a preclinical model of chemotherapy-induced mucositis. He has authored peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and expert commentary and has advised professional athletes on hydration and nutrition.

Rich Foreman is currently the COO for IGH Naturals. Previously, as founding CTO, Rich led the team that developed the CordicoShield / CordicoFire Wellness App. Cordico was honored with the Sacramento Innovation Award in 2021. After achieving a 7 digit ARR, Cordico was acquired by Lexipol in 2020. Rich has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington, an MPA from Troy State University and was an officer in the U.S. Navy. Rich co-authored his book, "Tap into the Mobile Economy." Rich is also the Founding Director of the Sacramento Chapter of Startup Grind and served a term as Utility Commissioner for the City of Folsom. Rich is a regular contributor to TechWire.net and StartupSac.com. Rich was the Co-founder of Apptology which was named Small Business of the Year in 2014 by the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber.

Dan Rosenbaum is an accomplished senior executive with comprehensive biotech, pharma, nutraceutical, and Agtech experience and serves as the Chief Financial Officer for IGH Naturals. He most recently led Kaydence Pharma, a development-stage pharmaceuticals company, and prior to that served as CEO of its former parent company, NattoPharma ASA. Dan spent nearly twenty years at FMC Corporation, in both the AG Products Group and Health & Nutrition division which focused on functional ingredients serving food, beverage, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical segments. He holds an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business Administration and twin BAs in Economics and Fine Arts from Cornell.
