HuMOLYTE Named Semi-Finalist in Pitch Elk Grove 2025!
We’re thrilled to share that HuMOLYTE has been selected as one of 16 semi-finalists in the highly competitive Pitch Elk Grove 2025 startup competition!
Out of a record-breaking 70 applicants from across the Sacramento region—including startups from Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, San Joaquin, and more—Humolyte has earned a spot among the standout innovators vying for top honors and funding to help accelerate our mission.
What Is Pitch Elk Grove?
Now in its fourth year, Pitch Elk Grove is a dynamic startup competition hosted by the City of Elk Grove in partnership with StartupSac. The program is designed to spotlight promising startups, provide them with expert mentorship, and give them the opportunity to pitch live in front of a panel of judges for a chance to win up to $20,000 in cash prizes.
This year’s competition introduces a new “One-Minute Pitch” format and marks a significant milestone as it welcomes its first-ever semi-finalist from San Joaquin County—underscoring the expanding regional influence of the innovation ecosystem.
What’s Next for HuMOLYTE ?
As a semi-finalist, Humolyte will compete in the Virtual Pitch-Off on July 31, where we’ll go head-to-head with other innovative companies. The top startups from that round will move on to the final event on September 4 at District56 in Elk Grove, where finalists will pitch live for:
🥇 $10,000 – Best Startup
🥈 $5,000 – Second Best Startup
🥉 $2,500 – Third Best Startup
📍 $2,500 – Best Elk Grove-Based Startup
